Adriatics Tech Summit 2026: Insights, Innovation, and the Spirit of Sarajevo

Our CEO on Stage: Sharing Knowledge and Vision

A highlight of the event was seeing our CEO, Bernadin Katić, take the stage.

Bernadin first joined a panel discussion focused on the future of IT, where speakers explored key industry shifts—from the rapid evolution of AI technologies to the ongoing challenge of hiring and retaining high-quality talent. The conversation highlighted how companies must balance technological advancement with building strong, skilled teams to remain competitive.

One of the main takeaways from the panel was clear: while AI is transforming the way we build and scale products, people remain at the core of innovation. Finding, developing, and retaining the right talent is just as critical as adopting new tools.

Following the panel, Bernadin took the stage again on the third day of the conference with his talk:

In this session, he explored how developers can go far beyond basic code generation when using tools like GitHub Copilot and similar AI coding assistants.

The talk focused on practical, real-world usage, including:

• Best practices for prompting and guiding AI tools to get more accurate and useful outputs

A key message from the session was that AI is not here to replace developers—but to amplify their productivity. When used correctly, tools like Copilot can save significant time, reduce friction in development, and allow engineers to focus on higher-value work.
